A few hours ago Mesh Commander 0.2.0 was released. One of the most important feature of any computer management system is scripting. Scripting allows administrators to perform a set of configuration and/or management commands on many machines at once. If you own more than a few Intel AMT machines, you know how essential this is. In this new version of Mesh Commander we added block scripting allowing users to quickly build a set of Intel AMT commands. Never has doing batch operations on Intel AMT been so simple. As you see in the pictures below, Mesh Commander now comes with a set of standard command blocks that you can string together into a script. You don’t need to understand anything about how to write a script, just drag & drop and set block attributes. After that, you can quickly run the script on one or more machines at the same time. You can take a look at an all new tutorial video on Intel AMT block scripting.
In addition, Mesh Commander 0.2.0 now works on LinuxNW.js, so you can run Mesh Commander as an application on most Linux distributions including Ubuntu (Picture below). Linux is now a fully supported operating system for Mesh Commander which is great for many embedded and IoT usages where Linux is an important operating system and Intel AMT can be very valuable.
Many more bug fixes have been done. You can get the latest version of Mesh Commander at http://meshcommander.com.
